Technically, us “brokers” are really agents for the insurance companies we represent. However, in my insurance business, since we represent over 18 companies, I like to say we really represent our clients. Because I really don’t care if we place your insurance with Kemper or Travelers or NYCM or Hanover, I want the client happy. Happy clients then keep renewing.
