This is our local (Buffalo, NY area) group of real estate investors, who get together monthly to learn from each other. It could be how to legally own rental property, how to manage rental property, how to deal with tenants in court or how to hide who the true owner is of your rental property.
Lots of topics are discussed each and every month and it has been known for members to do deals together too. Q&A sessions, networking,passing on tips or referrals is also what goes on at these meetings.
Is also where at every meeting, there is an attorney, a banker, a real estate agency owner and an insurance broker to answer any real estate related questions. It is a place to come and learn how to better manage your rental property investment.
Always the 4th Wed of every month at 7:30 pm at the Protocal Restaurant on Transit Rd in Williamsville. Come and join us, seasoned investor, new investor or curious real estate investor who wants to know more about managing rental property.
